Calm purity Hotel, Normafa

Can interior design help us find peace of the soul? What does it take to silence a mind bombarded by daily visual and acoustic noise? These are the questions we were looking for answers to when designing the interiors of Hotel Normafa.

We are convinced that the well thought-out, consistent interior design concept that has led us to design the hotel's spaces and rooms will help our guests to achieve the desired calm. Our two main guiding principles were simplicity and naturalness. To eliminate any visual impulse that could create a sense of restlessness. Large, light wood panels on the walls (with few vertical divisions) create a sense of static calm and constancy. This is complemented by a purposely very limited use of colour: the purity of the white walls and furniture is completed only by plant decorations and textiles in harmony with the wood.
